Information you give us: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and payment details when you place an order or contact us.
Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We do not store full payment card numbers. Payments are processed by our payment providers over an encrypted connection.
How we use your information
To process and ship your orders, send order and shipping confirmations, respond to your questions, prevent fraud, improve our store, and — where permitted — show you relevant advertising.

We use cookies to operate the store (for example, to keep items in your cart) and to measure and improve our marketing.
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads (including the Google conversion and remarketing tags) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising tools, including the Meta Pixel. We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the store — our ecommerce platform, payment processors, shipping and fulfilment partners, email provider, and advertising and analytics partners named above. They may only use it to perform services for us.

Data retention
We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may object to certain processing. Email info@tundrelle.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Children
Our store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
