Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. You can also track it any time right here — head to our tracking page, enter your order number and email, and see exactly where it is.
Delivery timeline
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery then typically takes 7–13 business days after dispatch — about 8–16 business days in total from the day you order. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days.
When will tracking update?
Please allow up to 48 hours after your shipping email for the first tracking events to appear as the carrier scans your parcel into its network. After that, your tracking page updates automatically as your order moves.
