These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tundrelle website at tundrelle.com and any purchase you make from it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully; if you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This site is operated by Tundrelle. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Tundrelle, and “you” refers to the person using the site or placing an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
3. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, not to interfere with or disrupt its operation or security, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, and not to use it to transmit harmful or malicious code.
5. Products and descriptions
We make every effort to display our coats, their colours, and their details as accurately as possible. Because screens and devices vary, we cannot guarantee that the colour or appearance you see exactly matches the finished product. Product descriptions and measurements are provided in good faith and are as accurate as we can reasonably make them. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities, or change or discontinue any product, at any time without liability.
6. Pricing and errors
Prices are shown in US dollars and are correct at the time of display. Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. We reserve the right to correct any error, and to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price, even after an order has been submitted. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
7. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. Receiving an order-confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not mean we have accepted it. Acceptance of your order takes place when it ships. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where a product is unavailable, or where a pricing or description error has occurred.
8. Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order, as described in our Payment Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these Terms.
10. Promotions and codes
Any discount codes or promotions are subject to their own stated conditions, cannot be applied retroactively, and may be amended or withdrawn at any time.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, images, photography, graphics, logos, and the site design — belongs to Tundrelle or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of it without our prior written permission.
12. Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review, comment, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with our store. You are responsible for the content you submit, and it must not be unlawful, misleading, or infringe anyone else's rights.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tundrelle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tundrelle from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
17. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, extreme weather, strikes, or other force-majeure events.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute not otherwise resolved.
19. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the policies referred to in them, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time you place an order applies to that order. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
