Accepted payment methods

Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD).

When you are charged

Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. If we cancel your order for any reason, you are refunded in full.

Security

All payments are processed over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection by our payment providers. Tundrelle never sees or stores your full card number. Card details are handled directly by the payment processor.

Taxes

Any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Failed or declined payments

If a payment is declined, your order will not be placed. Check your card details and available balance, or try another payment method. If the problem continues, contact your bank or email us.

Refunds

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. See our Returns & Refunds policy for timelines.
