Using this site
You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to interfere with its operation or security.
Products
We make every effort to display our coats and their colours accurately. Screens vary, so we cannot guarantee that the colour you see exactly matches the product. Product descriptions and measurements are provided in good faith and are as accurate as we can make them.
All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.
Pricing and orders
Prices are shown in US dollars and are correct at the time of display. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
Receiving an order confirmation email does not mean we have accepted your order; acceptance occurs when the order ships.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy, both of which form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Tundrelle or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tundrelle is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted at the time you place an order applies to that order.
