How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes a further 7–13 business days, so most orders arrive within 8–16 business days of ordering.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking link.

We currently ship within the United States.

How do your coats fit?
Our coats are cut for an easy, layer-friendly fit. If you prefer a closer silhouette, size down. Every product page has a size guide with exact measurements.
How should I care for my coat?
Follow the care label. Most wool and blended coats hold their shape best when dry-cleaned rather than washed.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within about 7 business days.

We accept major credit and debit cards, plus the express wallets shown at checkout. All payments are processed over an encrypted connection.
